We will enhance the educational opportunities of young children in the communities we serve by working with their schools to much-needed services, supplies and financial support.
Our Founder
Our president, Tara Scarborough, founded the organization based on a philosophical belief that proper education is a fundamental requirement for a brighter future… and although the current “playing field” is far from equal, every child deserves access to our nation’s vast educational resources and tools. As a result, she single-handedly created our association in 2003, and has tirelessly continued her commitment to bringing communities closer - particularly those in the Tampa Bay, Florida area - through mutual work; shared responsibility; selfless effort and contributions.
Ms. Scarborough received a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida and her MBA in Aug 07.
